All-American girl Ali Stephens calls Salt Lake City home these days, where the average snowfall in the nearby mountains is 58 inches (almost five feet!).

Known for her environmental views, Angela Lindvall hails from the state of Oklahoma, which is said to become the world leader in energy-efficient wind production because of its ideal central location.

Bridget Hall is really into America's favorite pastime: football. "My favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Jets."

Brooklyn Decker had big dreams growing up in North Carolina. "When I was 10, I thought I would be the first lady president, and then on the side I would be an actress and on the weekends a veterinarian.... I had high hopes."

Carolyn Murphy was one lucky girl to grow up in Fort Walton Beach, part of Florida’s Emerald Coast. This beautiful year-round resort community is known for its deep-sea fishing, shore-bound sea turtles, and miles of sandy beaches.

Not only was Chanel Iman named after two fashion icons, but she also shares the same birthplace as Martin Luther King Jr.: Atlanta, Georgia.

Model turned entrepreneur Christy Brinkley just launched her jewelry line. Maybe Christy can try to sell her line at the Mall of America—the biggest mall in the U.S. in her home state of Minnesota.

Christy Turlington's interest in yoga and Eastern philosophy might have been influenced by growing up near the free-thinkers of the Bay Area, just a few miles west to her birthplace of Walnut Creek.

Damaris Lewis has serious New York pride. "Somebody asked me the other day, 'What country are you from?' and I said, 'I'm from Brooklyn.' Like, I'm from Coney Island, I was born here."

Dree Hemingway is as all-American as you can get. She is the great-grandaughter of Ernest Hemmingway, who is considered to be one of the greatest American writers of the 20th century.

Erin Heatherton's hometown of Skokie, Illinois’ park district is the winner of the national Gold Medal for Excellence in parks and recreation management—the perfect place for her to practice her basketball!

Erin Wasson has proven to be a true friend to those around her, like designer campanion Alexander Wang. Perhaps because of her Texan roots? The colors in the Texas state flag symbolize bravery, liberty, and loyalty.

Growing up in River Falls, Wisconsin, sisters Missy and Frankie Rayder didn’t have to look far to keep their bodies beautiful and healthy. America’s Dairyland produces more milk than any other state.

It's no surprise that Hilary Rhoda is a fan of field hockey and lacrosse. Her home state of Maryland is known for their sports history—the great Babe Ruth started his infamous baseball career with the Baltimore Orioles.

Growing up in Sin City, Jessica Miller is unphased by the notorious party town. "Vegas is pretty normal, apart from all the slot machines in the grocery stores."

Jessica White's hometown of Buffalo, New York, isn't just the lovely model's birthplace. In 1964, America's favorite finger food—buffalo wings—made it's debut here as well.

Chicago-native Karlie Kloss' dream photo shoot destination? "I always wanted to shoot in Disney World."

It makes sense that Kathy Ireland became an all-around entrepreneur. Her hometown of Glendale, California, is known as the birthplace of megacompanies like Nestlé and Steven Spielberg’s DreamWorks.

Lindsay Ellingson is raking in the dough now as a top model, but maybe it was always in the cards. Her hometown of San Diego, California, was named by Forbes as one of the top five wealthiest cities in the United States.

Maggie Rizer's hometown of Watertown, New York, is situated on the Canadian border. Did you know that Watertown is the birthplace of Little Trees air fresheners?

Yet another reason the guys love Marissa Miller: “I can pick up any sport pretty quickly—believe me, I know how to throw a football.”

Everyone knows Molly Sims has one of the most positive and helpful personalities in the industry. This might be do to her upbringing in Murray, Kentucky—the home of the Boy Scouts of America, known for their goodwill and team spirit.

New York is known for having the busiest nightlife scene in the country, and New Yorker Pat Cleveland can attest: She was once a regular at the infamous Studio 54.

Granddaughter of Elvis Presley, Riley Keough is but one of millions of creative types living and working in her native Los Angeles.

Stephanie Seymour is known for her gorgeous smile, and she has a lot to be happy about: Her hometown of San Diego is famed for having the best climate in the United States.

Californian Tyra Banks agrees that there's no place like home: “Paris is one of the most beautiful places in all the world. Unfortunately, I was so homesick I couldn't appreciate its beauty.”

Having traveled the world, Veronica Webb embraces her heritage. "It forces you to realize how privileged you are as an American. With all our problems and shortcomings, we're nothing like Brazil, or China, or West Africa."
